Reliable and traceable starting materials, such as high-quality human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines, are essential for enabling reproducible PSC-derived cell therapy development. However, many RUO materials are generated under donor, consent or process constraints that prevent rederivation under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) conditions, which limits their suitability for clinical translation.
To address these challenges, LineaBio has introduced the GMP hiPSC lines, Linea 1 and Linea 2, produced under defined, quality-controlled processes.
